Blood Testing Service

Once we receive your request, we will arrange the testing services you have requested.

 

When booking an appointment through our Clic Santé portal, please be sure to upload your application at that time. This will allow us to prepare for your visit and ensure a smooth process. If uploading through Clic Santé is not possible or practical, you can also email your application directly to us at info@mjaysante.ca

 

Cost of blood tests

The flat rate of $60.00 for our standard routine blood work includes most of the tests we offer. Please note that INR, fecal immunochemical test (FiT), and allergy blood tests are not included in this fee and will incur additional charges. We will inform you of the cost before confirming your appointment.

We will send you an invoice to the email address you provided the same day your request is processed.

To book your appointment, a deposit of 50% of the total cost is required. Instructions for making this payment will be included in the invoice email, which you can complete via a secure payment link. The remaining payment is due at the clinic upon arrival.

Please note that your appointment will be considered provisional until confirmation of the deposit payment.

 

Instructions for a confirmed appointment:

Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

Wear short-sleeved clothing to facilitate access to blood draws.

Follow the fasting instructions on your application or those of your doctor.

Unable to find a time slot

If you cannot find a suitable time slot on our Clic Santé portal, please contact us by phone at 514 665-8422. We will do our best to accommodate you and find a convenient time for your analysis. Anxiety and nervousness before your blood test

If you experience anxiety about a blood test, it is important to inform our nursing staff. We understand that blood tests can be a stressful experience for some, and we are committed to making your visit as pleasant as possible. Our healthcare team is trained to guide and support you throughout the process with care and compassion to make your experience as pleasant as possible.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your appointment, please note that 24 hours' notice is required; a cancellation fee equal to the amount of the reserved service will be applied. Please note that the 50% deposit paid to secure your appointment is non-refundable if the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.
