Blood Testing Service 

Once we have your requisition in hand, we'll proceed with arranging the testing services you have requested.

When booking your appointment through our Clic Santé portal, please ensure to upload your requisition at that time. This allows us to prepare for your visit and ensures a smooth process. Alternatively, if uploading through Clic Santé is not possible or convenient, you may also send your requisition directly to us via email at   info@mjaysante.ca

Blood Test Fees

The flat fee of $60.00 for our standard blood test encompasses the majority of the tests we offer. However, please note that the INR, Fecal Immunochemical Test (FiT), and allergy blood tests are not included in this fee and will incur additional charges. We will notify you of the cost before confirming your appointment.

We will issue an invoice to the email you have provided on the same day the request is processed.

To secure your appointment, a deposit amounting to 50% of the total cost is required. Instructions for making this payment will be included in the invoice email, which can be completed via a secure payment link. The remainder of the payment is due at the clinic when you arrive for your appointment.

Be advised that your appointment will be considered tentative until we have confirmation that the deposit payment has been made.

Confirmed Appointment Instructions:

• Please plan to arrive no more than 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

• Wear clothing with short sleeves to facilitate easy access for blood draws.

• Follow any fasting instructions as outlined on your requisition or as directed by your physician.

It is important to adhere to these guidelines. .

Anxious, Nervous Before Your Blood Test

If you experience anxiety related to blood test, it’s important to let our nursing staff know. We understand that having blood work done can be a stressful experience for some, and we are committed to making your visit as comfortable as possible. Our healthcare team is trained to assist and support you through the process with care and compassion to make the experience as comfortable as possible for you.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your appointment, we require a notice of at least 24 hours in advance. Please be aware that the 50% deposit made to secure your appointment is non-refundable if the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the scheduled time. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
